Inositol (or myo-inositol) is a B-vitamin-like molecule that has been shown to have co-factor, and secondary messenger effects. Inositol is a precursor to phosphatidylinositol, which is central to the phosphoinositide cycle. This cycle is essential to multiple signaling systems, delivering messages from a variety of hormones and neurotransmitters (primary messenger-molecules) from receptors to the inside of the cell.
Research at this dose also supports a role for cellular defense and normal cell growth and differentiation.
At higher doses, such as those found in the Inositol powder, the benefits include supporting mood.

Dose:
Adults (18 year and over) Take 1 capsule daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, blend, or mix the capsules. Swallow the capsule whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
