Directions
Recommended Oral Dose (Adults): As a dietary supplement, take 1 - 2 capsules 3 times daily with a meal or as directed by your health care practitioner.
Contraindications: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners and for use beyond 2 weeks.
