How to use Citrus Bliss essential oil blend:

• Diffuser: 5-6 drops in water
• Inhaler: 5-10 drops in inhaler, inhale through the nose deeply
• NOTE: Not intended for use on skin - contains citrus (phototoxic). If using on skin, highly dilute in carrier oil (2% or less) and patch test first
