How to use our pure lemon essential oil:

• Massage oil or rollerball: 10 drops/ 30mL of carrier oil such as fractionated coconut, sunflower, etc.
• Diffuser: 5-6 drops in water.
• Baths: add 2-7 drops into tsp of a carrier oil.
• Lotion or Shampoo: add 10 drops to 30mL of unscented base.
• TIP: To extend the shelf life of citrus essential oils, keep refrigerated.

NOTE: Always patch test first to see if there is a skin reaction. Best mixed in small amounts with other essential oils if using on skin.
