This is a formula revised and perfected by a noted Chinese herbalist some seventy years ago, based on an ancient formula dating back more than a thousand years to the era of the Tong Dynasty.

Scent: a combination of peppermint and cinnamon hearts, this is a great blend for aches and pains, nausea and so much more.

How to use My Relief essential oil blend:

• Massage oil or rollerball: 15-20 drops per 30mL of carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut, sunflower, etc.
• Diffuser: 5-6 drops in water
• Inhaler: 5-10 drops in inhaler, inhale through the nose deeply
• Baths: add 2-12 drops into tsp of a carrier oil.
• Lotions and soaps: add 15-20 drops per 30mL of unscented base/lotion.

NOTE: contains wintergreen oil - avoid contact with eyes and nose. Keep out of reach of children.
