Imagine waking up as a kid on Christmas morning to rush into the living room and the air filled with the smell of Christmas tree needles, cinnamon sticks, candy, nutmeg, Christmas cookies and everything else you can think of about the holidays, all rolled up in one awesome natural essential oil blend!

While it was inspired by the holiday season, it's a lovely blend for all winter. With hints of vanilla and Christmas trees (balsam), a touch of fresh peeled oranges, what’s not to like?

How to use Winter Morning essential oil blend:

• Massage oil or rollerball: 15-20 drops/ 60mL of carrier oil such as fractionated coconut, sunflower, etc. Apply to chest, back, under nose, temples, etc.
• Inhaler: 5-10 drops in inhaler, inhale through the nose deeply
• Diffuser: 5-6 drops in water
• Baths: add 2-5 drops into tsp of a carrier oil.
• Lotion or shampoo: add 15-20 drops per 60 mL of unscented base/lotion.

*NOTE: If using on skin, highly dilute in carrier, patch test first as this blend does contain cinnamon and orange oils which are known to be phototoxic.
