30-Day Private Residential Program for Personalized Health, Recovery & Lifestyle Transformation

The KarmaLife™ Private One-on-One DNA Detox, Health & Rehabilitation Program is an intensive, highly personalized 30-day private residential program designed to provide focused support, structure, education, accountability, restoration, and meaningful long-term lifestyle change.

Unlike conventional group-based programs, this experience is built around a true one-on-one model of care. Each client receives individualized daily coaching, accountability, education, fitness, nutrition, and program oversight based on their health needs, recovery goals, and DNA-informed health profile.

DNA-Informed Program Design

Your genetic information is used to help personalize strategies across key areas of health and recovery. Carmen works directly with the client to translate DNA insights into practical daily strategies rather than relying on a generic program.

Program protocols are reviewed regularly and adjusted throughout the residential stay according to the client's progress, health status, and recovery needs.

Private Residential Environment

The program takes place on a private natural property designed to provide a peaceful, restorative environment away from many of the pressures and distractions of everyday life.

• Close proximity to the University of Alberta Botanic Garden and nearby bird sanctuary

Personalized Daily & Professional Support

Meals, fitness, education, activities, and daily routines are customized according to the client's DNA-informed health profile, recovery goals, health needs, and progress.

• Chef-prepared meals and personalized nutrition
• Intensive one-on-one coaching and daily accountability
• Personalized fitness training and physical activity
• DNA education and practical implementation
• Individualized health and lifestyle strategies
• Access to experienced mentors and industry professionals
• Access to specialized toxicologists and medical doctors when appropriate
• Access to highly qualified psychotherapists when required

Note: Psychotherapy services are additional and are paid directly to the selected practitioner.

30-Day Program Investment

Total Program Investment: $25,000.00

• Individualized DNA Health Program Design: $2,500
• Days 1–10: $1,000/day — $10,000
• Days 11–20: $750/day — $7,500
• Days 21–30: $500/day — $5,000

Total for the initial 30-day residential program: $25,000.00

The graduated fee structure reflects the intensive assessment, individualized program design, stabilization, one-on-one support, and direct involvement required during the early stages of the residential stay, followed by greater emphasis on education, implementation, independence, and long-term sustainability.

Program Duration

The program requires a minimum commitment of 30 consecutive residential days. At the conclusion of the initial 30 days, the program may be extended by one additional 30-day period by mutual agreement based on the client's progress, commitment, and suitability.

Maximum Program Duration: 60 Consecutive Days

Ongoing Recovery Support

Continued support after the residential stay is an important part of the KarmaLife™ recovery philosophy. Clients participate in one year of ongoing online coaching with Carmen, including weekly check-ins.

$350 per month, payable quarterly in advance at $1,050 every three months.

This ongoing coaching provides continued accountability, guidance, continuity, and practical support during the client's first year of reintegration.

Sobriety & Participation Requirement

Clients must remain completely clean and sober throughout the residential program. Alcohol, recreational drugs, non-prescribed intoxicating substances, and other prohibited substances are not permitted.

Full participation and respectful conduct are required. A breach of sobriety, refusal to meaningfully participate, or conduct that compromises the safety or integrity of the residential environment may result in immediate termination. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided for fees already paid or committed.

Additional Services & Expenses

The $25,000 residential program investment does not include psychotherapy, supplements, nutraceuticals, laboratory testing, prescription medications, medical services, practitioner services, or other specialized health-related products or services unless specifically identified in writing.

Any additional services or products remain the financial responsibility of the client and are payable when provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Program Payment & Reservation

Program fees are payable in advance and reserve exclusive one-on-one residential capacity for the client. Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable once the residential stay has commenced, except where otherwise required by law or specifically agreed to in writing.
