Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule daily 2 hours after a meal.

Duration of Use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

Cautions and Warnings: If you have a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner or anti-inflammatory medication, or are having a surgery consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
