AOR Advantage
AOR’s AMLA provides a culinary-grade amla extract, for a safe whole-food source of antioxidants according to traditional Ayurvedic formulations. It is wildcrafted and harvested from areas protected from environmental pollutants and over-harvesting by the government of India.

Amla is also known as Indian Gooseberry. This tree is native to the geographically distinct Indian subcontinent area.
Its primary function is to prevent lipid peroxidation. The amla fruit is nutrient dense, low in calories and fat, but rich in dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. One cup (150 g) of amla fruit normally provides proteins (1 g), fats (<1 g), carbohydrates (15 g), fiber (7 g), vitamin C (46% daily value), vitamin B5 (9% daily value), vitamin B6 (7% daily value), copper (12% daily value), manganese (9% daily value) and potassium (6% daily value). Moreover, amla extracts benefits extend beyond those of just vitamin C because of their polyphenol content.
