Do not use Red Light, Near Infrared (NIR) & Far Infrared (FIR) Light products (panels, mats, vest, etc.) if you have a battery-operated implants, pacemaker, or sensitive to flashing light (i.e., people with epilepsy and seizures).

Warranty:

All Red Light, Near Infrared (NIR), and Far Infrared (FIR) Light products are backed by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty is void if the product is used in a manner not prescribed by the manufacturer. It does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or improper installation.
• Failure to follow the manufacturer's operating or maintenance instructions.
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
• Power surges, electrical faults, water damage, fire, or other external causes
• Any modification, tampering, or repair by unauthorized personnel.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the personal nature of these products, we must adhere to strict hygiene protocols. Therefore, we can only process returns or exchanges for items that are faulty or defective (2-year Warranty).
